How close is Sparknotes to the real test?

I took all the practice tests in the official ACT guide, so I just started using Sparknotes practice tests instead. Is Sparknotes close to official ACT tests at all? Or are they easier?

Hmmm. I’ve only been using Spark Notes, so I can’t really say.
I guess, which of your scores is higher? The one from the official guide, or the one from SN? I guess that’s the easier test.

Well, I would not base my score on the SparkNotes website. Especially for the Reading and the Science because I am sure you have lost some time trying to scroll up and down (very irritating). On the SN reading pretest I got a 20 because I kept scrolling up and down and I ended up losing time. When I used the REAL ACT BOOK, I got a 27 on the reading and they are real tests. For the Math and English, it is probably more accurate. Yet on the actstudent.org website I took a pre-english test and I got a 29.3 (another past-real test). I think it just depends.
