<p>Well not dead, but so less lively than other SUNY's like Bing and Stony when they have the largest student body? Along with that, it seems to please its students which some SUNYs like Stony have a hard time with.</p>
<p>Any reason? or is it just there simply isn't that many people at Buffalo who don't go in CC?</p>
<p>Philosophical guesses are that either CC seems to draw people (parents as well as kids) with a slightly elitist attitude (my apologies to the rest…this is obviously a huge generalization that doesn’t apply to everyone) or that SUNY Buffalo students are simply very practical and businesslike. They’ve checked out the school, recognize the value, and it’s such a clear choice that it isn’t necessary to spend time comparing schools on CC. At least, that’s why none of my kids ever posted when I suggested they look at CC.</p>
