How competitive is it to get an MBA from Harvard?

I imagine the Harvard graduate business school is really difficult to get into.

I plan on studying computer engineering at Columbia University. If I do decently well there (GPA > 3.3), and if I score in the top 90th percentile on the GRE or Gmat, what exactly would be my chances of getting into Harvard grad school for an MBA?

I'm just asking because I honestly have no idea what's required to get into a grad school, especially one as renowned as Harvard's. Is it grade-based? Or, at that level, do they assume the grades are going to be good and focus more on work experience, etc? Does the fact that I went to Columbia help me get in (I hope it would have a huge impact)?

Thank you for your help!
