How competitive is Thematic Option?

They accept around 200 people. How selective it is depends on how many people apply. A lot of the scholarship people were accepted this year, but I also know that some were turned down (even though they got a scholarship).

I don’t know how important SAT scores are (during ExploreUSC, they told us they only look at the application, but the website said something else), but I got in this year with an exact 2150.

And yes, I’m super excited!!!

Got in, even though I didn’t have a scholarship and had to rush my essays, because the postcard telling me about the program arrived only 3 days before the deadline haha. Though the fact that I had an SAT score of 2300 may have helped.
