<p>Are you a serious student? That is the most important question for you to think about. Brown is a place for dedicated students. I think it is semi-un-serious to choose based on politics, but I have to say my daughter has said that she thinks she would have not been happy at UChicago, which was her first choice as college senior. That is because she heard back from other kids from California that it was too conservative for them. That said, it was her front runner school before throwing Brown in there.</p>
<p>If your politics trump your educational values, then think harder and don't apply to Brown. Please follow the links above that modestmelody gave for interesting conservatives at Brown. I could add more, depending on your interest.</p>
