I am a total newbie to this and I honestly have no idea what to do, and I doubt you can just take a photo and email them. Please help!
I think Lehigh is school that uses the CSS Profile, right? Once you complete the profile and send it to the school, the school requests all necessary supplemental documents (like tax returns) through the College Board’s iDoc service. You can see in the Profile what documents have been requested and follow the steps to upload that way. Then Lehigh (or any other Profile school) can download whatever they need.
If you have a Lehigh Applicant Portal, they use a tool called the LU File Sender, it should be under Financial Aid in your Portal.
Use LU File Sender (link is in financial aid email you received, and is on their financial aid website). You can also fax or snail-mail. I would not suggest emailing tax returns unless encrypted. Even though Lehigh uses CSS Profile, it does not use IDOC for supplemental documents.
Thanks, and I assume all you have to do is to upload your online transcripts right?
My daughter’s transcripts were sent by her school. You should check with Lehigh and your school’s college counselor on that one.
@joac30 Generally they want signed copies of actual returns. You might want to call the FA office to see if return transcripts are acceptable.
