How difficult is Harvard Med School entrance?

<p>I have heard that HMS only accepts people with 3.8 GPA in undergrad.
True? Does anyone know of someone with less than 3.8 get accepted at Harvard Med School?</p>

<p>Their median is 3.8. So half their class has less than that. So lots of people.</p>

<p>Also: it's ridiculously hard. It's just that GPA is not the defining factor.</p>
