how difficult to get into Kelley?

I sent a e-mail to the admission office to ask about how difficult to get in. Then they told me they will receive 500 to 600 student to Kelley. But they did not say how many students apply.

I searched the www.**************s.com and the students say it is really easy to get in but as a transfer student, how difficult to get into Kelley? i complete all the pre business classes except the K201. Will it be difficult for me?

Check out the following Kelley numbers thread started by dammitsam:

It indicates that around 3000 apply and 20% get accepted.

Also, you need to be aware that you have to attend Indiana University at least one semester before taking I-Core.

(see the bulletin here for more info on I-core):

However, it is not necessary to take I-Core in the first semester (as a junior) to graduate with a business degree. My son is planning on not taking it until the first semester of his senior year, yet he will still be able to graduate by the following semester (2nd semester of senior year--after 4 years total at the school.)

However, if you plan to attend special programs like the Investment Banking program, you really have to be at IU by the first semester of your sophomore year, since all IB people have to apply real early--and you are required in that case to take I-Core in the first semester of junior year.

Thank you so much Calcruzer.

If you did not mention, i don't know they have a special program for IB. if want to get into that program, the first thing i have to do is to be a Kelley student first?can you tell me more about the program requirements?

P.S. I appreciate the thanks, but I think you should thank Illinoismom2006 also.

No grade below a B gives you a "risk free" application. When I asked what that meant specifically, she just repeated herself, "it means you apply as a risk free applicant." I asked again and she basically didn't know the answer.

No such thing as a "risk free" applicant, unless your a direct admit.
