I was wondering because I want to go to medical school and I know that GPA is very important and I know that I will probably get around a 3.6 at Berkeley under eecs.

You should have a chat with sakky...

.....then we will see all the percentages again YAWNYAWN*

HypnosX, if you's bored about reading the percentages data, here's a simple idea. Don't read my posts. Nobody has a gun to your head. You are free to pick and choose what you want to read. The people who want to read it should be allowed to read it. If you're not one of them, then fair enough, don't read it.

Talking specifically about med-school admissions, med-schools don't really seem to care about whether certain grades are inflated and others aren't. They may say that they care, but the data indicates that they don't care. To them, it's better to get an inflated A than a deflated B. That's the 'game' of med-school admissions.

Since somebody asked for the data, here is the data. Like I said, for those people who aren't interested in the percentages, don't click on the link.

they weight accordingly..........whatever accordingly means.....

ooOO, someone got angry. YAWN again

YAWN YAWN YAWN YAWN, is that all you can say? If you're really so darn tired, then why not leave CC and go to bed?

3.6 will put you in the running at any medical school. The data is all useless. It's not like there will be a Berkeley bias. Just focus on strengthening your application.
