I had an 83 average freshman and sophomore year and now have a 93 junior year. I suffer from several medical conditions including kyperkyphosis (90+ degrees and constantly painful)/scoliosis, frequent migraines, liver issues, and an eye muscle problem (which keeps me tired all of the time), and my parents recently went through a divorce which made me switch schools and disconnect from all of my friends. All of these issues caused me to stay home out of pain or blatantly skip school which weighed down my average to an 83. I was finally able to pull it together this year and for the most part learn to live with my conditions and broken home, but Im afraid that the average those two years will destroy my chances at getting into any good college. Is there any chance that I can explain myself on my college applications. If yes, how can I not sound like a whinny kid (as I'm some most of you assume that I am just by reading this).

Do you have an IEP?
Your medical condition should be documented at your new school and with your guidance counselor.
