We've all seen these 419 scams, everything from winning the UK Lottery or a transfer of funds from Nigeria or some other country. I am getting dead tired of them. Just when I finished blocking out legitimate spam (signing up for all these offers on FastWeb), I get a whole ****load of stuff that says that I'll get millions of dollars in transfer funds.

I kept getting scam "college students work at home" type emails from the same guy - about nine emails a week from him.
I emailed him back stating plainly that I'm not interested and to quit emailing me (my spam blocker and blacklist don't work on my school email address).
He continued to keep emailing me even after my request, I asked him three times to stop.

I then sent him the following email:

*

Hello friend,
I am not interested in your student scamming services. This is my
fourth attempt
to deter your weekly emails. There will be no fifth attempt, I will simply
report you and your Guang Zhou website to the federal government for criminal
fraudulence and internet harassment.
I will then contact the school to have your email permanently blocked from the
system and, as you are emailing a government owned institution, insist they
pursue you as well.
Do have a pleasant day.
Your friend*

(Note, most of I wrote was stupid BSing.)
He hasn't emailed me since.

They'll send the fake Western Union money order to the fake address by overnight mail w/ tracking. This process will cost them ~$20.00. When they email you with a message saying "wai u no receive!!" after looking at the failed delivery, you just ignore them or, if you're really cruel, come up with a ditchy American excuse.

Yeah...I've done this before. I even told them I was a single mother (psych) with an annual salary of $10,000 and they totally didn't care and still wanted to scam me :( Then they referred to me as "Mr.", lol.
