how do i got about filling out and sending in the MIDYEAR REPORT?

<p>is it just like a teacher recommendation where i fill out my name, address, waive my right, etc., then give it to my counselor to fill out and send off?</p>

<p>what else am i supposed to add? will my counselor put in the grades that i received for those classes during 1st semester senior year?</p>

<p>Yes to your first question. It’s nearly identical to the Secondary School Report. Your counselor fills it out and submits it with a transcript that includes your first semester senior grades.</p>
