How do I know if I got accpted to University of South Florida

Do they tell you online or only by mail?

[Check Your Application Status](http://usfweb2.usf.edu/Admissions/check-application-status.html)

I did and it said a decision has been rendered. Nothing else.

Letter in the mail is how i found out

They don’t do online notifications?

The online notification is through OASIS.

Yeah. I thought it would be weird if they didn’t have one, given OASIS.

My D found out online about 2 weeks after applying. Also found out about honors and merit $ that way.

Congratulations.X) Is she in honors?

http://usfweb2.usf.edu/admissions/pdf/counselor-grid.pdf

Honestly it so simple guys it makes me wonder how much do you even want to go to USF

Now, now, AznFly, let’s play nice.

^ lmao…

Did you get in? I got the same message today

“Your application for undergraduate admission has been reviewed and a decision has been rendered. You will receive notification of this decision via postal mail.”

don’t know, gotta wait for the snail-mail to get to your house.

haha I’m just saying, by looking at the chart you should already know if you will get in or not.

Some people haven’t found the chart.

According to the divine and powerful chart, I “should” get in. But–still no word. The chart simply details the acceptance requirements matrix. However, if more students who “will” get in (according to the chart) apply than USF has space for, then some of those students who “will” get in (according to the almighty chart!) actually…won’t. It’s a matter of supply and demand.

Haha, actually no USF goes very strictly by the chart that I posted. Last year (2012-2013) they actually did admit too many students, and they have a requirement for living on campus for first year college students. They converted some of the suite rooms to accommodate 8 people instead of 4. I’m supposing this years requirements will be a little stricter to balance the overtake of people last year.
I actually talked to the honors adviser last time I went to visit, since honors admits students based on GPA and SAT scores alone, the also had a lot more students come into the honors program than they had actually intended for. So they readjusted the score this year and raised the standard.

Don’t worry, you’ll get in :)
