I know this comes up a lot but I’m really short on time and today had a mathematics state meet in which I had a very good performance. I have this strong urge to send it in. I’ve heard that I could send them an e-mail, but what e-mail would I use? Would I have to include my full name or Brown username? How does that work?

You could try but it is VERY late in the game. They probably already made a decision. But you could send it in and maybe if you get waitlisted it can help.

Where would I send it though?

Oh and snail mail works better (more attention grabbing). If you must email, email it to the undergraduate admissions office or see if you could get the email of your regional rep by calling in. Put your common app Id on everything

I believe it’s far too late for snail mail, and I’ll see if I could get a hold of my regional rep.

Thanks.

My son called the admissions office last week regarding reporting a state-level award. They said to send an email to the address on the admissions website and include the date of birth in the email. He also included the common application id. Good luck!

If it’s not too much to ask could you directly link me to the e-mail? I’m a tad stressed because I don’t know if I used the correct e-mail. Did your son get an automated e-mail back from them?

I think you get an automated email that doesn’t really tell you anything, and then another email a day or two later saying they’ll add it to your file.
