<p>So Im split between two colleges at Rensselaer and syracuse, and each school requires a portfolio. Do I need to pick one and send one portfolio? Or do i need to send two portfolios? Or none at all? Also, it seems I have to pick a first and second choice major instead of being undeclared for Syracuse, so do I need to send two portfolios for that also? or just one for the first choice? And how do I submit these portfolios to each school?? All I know are the requirements (I think) and deadlines. Help would be appreciated...</p>
<p>I think that each university has different requirements. The requirements for a portfolio may differ between universities and possibly between programs at a university. Call the departments and ask. Our experience was that the admissions counselors, and sometimes even the person answering the phone could and did help my dd.</p>
<p>You definitely need to send a portfolio to Syracuse. My son just sent his online to their site last weekend. They want 12-20 pieces, at least 8 from life.</p>
<p>By the way, they list the requirements on Syracuse’s site and I don’t think those requirements change, depending on major. My son chose undeclared art, but still had to choose first choice, second choice and third choice.</p>
