How do I type in the PDF Document?

<p>I downloaded the Common App and now have the PDF Adobe Reader application on my computer, but I am having issues typing since no text is appearing at all. How do I change this? :)</p>

<p>I think you won’t be able to actually type on the PDF file itself…
I’m not a very tech person but if you really want to type your common app I would put the images on word and use a txt box to type the information out. Or simply just use the online Common Application since it’s less complicated? </p>

<p>You can use Acrobat for that (not reader, but plain Acrobat). It has a “typewriter” tool which does precisely what you want.</p>

<p>ok so once you type in the details,how do you send the application? do u have to print it or send it online by email or something?

<p>There’s too much to explain in a posting on CC. Your first source for information should be the Common App Online. Reading through CC postings will likely give you way too much information about things that may not pertain to you. I recommend starting with the Common Questions for Applicants page here: <a href=“https://www.commonapp.org/CommonApp/FAQ.aspx[/url]”>https://www.commonapp.org/CommonApp/FAQ.aspx&lt;/a&gt;. There’s even a movie you can watch that will give you the basics of how the system works. </p>

<p>I highly recommend contacting the support team if you have specific questions - they are really terrific and can help you sort things out.</p>
