How to Type on Common App?

<p>Hi, I have downloaded the pdf file of the Common App. and I know that last year it was possible to download and type directly onto the application. However, I am having a great deal of difficulty finding a way to do this. </p>

<p>I found a thread from last year that directed me to zamzar, a file conversion site, however I think that it only works when converting the pdf into a microsoftword file (i only have wordperfect). </p>

<p>I was just wondering if anybody knew of a way for me to type directly onto the Common Application. Thanks!</p>

<p>Out of curiosity, is there a reason you don't want to create an account on the Common App site? That's by far the easiest way to type your application.</p>
