How do my career prospects look?

I have just graduated with an MA in International Relations. I managed to maintain a 4.0 during my whole time there which I am very proud of due to the fact that I only got a 2.8 in undergrad. However, I'm wondering if the 4.0 will count for much when I'm applying for jobs since I have no work experience at all. I do have a year of volunteer experience during which I volunteered 20 hours a week (which is practically half-time). Therefore, now that I am done with school and out in the real world, how easy will it be for me to get a job? I realize that the odds are stacked against me due to my serious lack of work experience and low GPA in undergrad.

Employers don’t really care so much about a 4.0 - I mean it’s nice, but a 4.0 won’t necessarily get you a job before a 3.8 or even a 3.3 with work experience, especially in IR.

Do you have an internship experience? Any relevant skills like data analysis or management or writing?
