<p>In transfer admissions, colleges (at least those I’m familiar with) DISCOURAGE retaking any standardized tests AND DISCOURAGE taking another standardized test. They want your test scores from high school, assuming you haven’t been out of school for many years. Retaking any test or taking another test gives you an unfair advantage compared to other students who did not retake these tests, thus they DO NOT want you taking these tests.</p>
<p>That said, if you’re transferring as a junior (meaning you will enter your transfer school as a junior) your ACT/SAT scores will not be needed.</p>
