How do top business schools look at entrepeneurship?

I have a really good idea for a business that I really want to start but I feel like the educational (or moreso contact base) that an MBA would provide could be a mistake to pass up on. I do want to work for a while to get my business to a decent size before I go to b~school though so im considering an execetutive MBA. I know that entrepeneurialism is risky but I feel like trying this idea and failing would be MUCH better than not doing anything with it. So I guess my question boils down to this: how do top business schools look at entrepreneurs? I have heard time and time again that unless you do a consulting.or Ibanking gig after college you wont get in, is that true? Jusy for a little more information: my dream school is Stanford, I realize its a bit of a pipe dream though.
