<p>You can go to the Penn online decisions page (the one where you have to login) and click on "forgot username?". They'll send you an e-mail with your username and password.</p>
<p>Penn sends you a letter with the login information. I tried doing what daeapaf described because I got the letter a week after everyone else, but I never got an email with my login information. Just wait for the letter (it will come) and if you don't get the login information, you can just wait 2 days for the letter (in my experience, big mail > internet decision).</p>
<p>I havent gotten any confirmation through the mail yet, even though by phone I was told my app is complete.</p>

<p>That's weird. I got an e-mail almost inmediately. However, i tried it only a couple of days ago. I guess that you tried too soon.</p>

<p>I tried it every hour after a bunch of my friends from school got the login information. I finally got the letter a few days before decisions came out. To be honest, I was scared ****less.</p>
