How do you change course information after submitting app?

<p>Suppose you wrote on your app about your supposed plan for the years work. You decide to change that academic schedule for some reason. How do you inform your college about it?</p>

<p>I think the most convenient way would be to ask your counselor to send it along with the mid-year report.</p>

<p>I am on a gap year. No mid year report. My final report was sent along with my common app. </p>
