How do you figure out your "Michigan GPA"?

A+/A/A- = 4
B+/B/B- = 3
...

Only take core academic classes into account, throw out ninth grade info.

classes like psychology and speech count in the mich gpa, though many ppl think they don't. i asked the admissions ppl, so there's no debating this.

after you get all the numbers what do you do? average them?

add all the numbers together and divide by the number of numbers you have total. so, yes, average them.

what about honors and ap courses? still 4s if you get As in em?

yep they are still fours...the michigan scale is completely unweighted
