how do you get your id number and password

<p>I have tried for hours and they have never send me an id</p>

<p>i read that the password is changeme but how do you get the id?</p>

<p>email <a href="mailto:help@ucsc.edu">help@ucsc.edu</a> AND call 831 459 HELP before 5 pm, and take the name of the person you talk to, if you can get through</p>

<p>the password is not changeme..they will give you your logon info</p>

<p>if you still have it, when you applied they sent you a confirmation with a pink sheet that had this info</p>

<p>they are probably deluged with requests today, so you'll have to keep trying</p>
