<p>If your document uploaded, you should be a new button entitled “View Document.” If that’s there and works when clicked, you’re fine.</p>

<p>We’re checking the CA one last time before we send it in but cannot access the essay. When we hit the “view document” prompt it says “error” on our computer screen and that’s on my daughter’s relatively new computer (less than 2 years old). When I hit “preview” the essay part comes up as a page filled with ???. Is this going to be a problem with the colleges receiving the essay?</p>
<p>Make sure you are using safari or explorer. The CA does not work well with Chrome. Otherwise, I would delete the essay and try and upload it again.</p>
<p>Thanks Lakemom - just to follow up - there was no way we were going to see this essay so we just sent it along and apparently others can see it so we’re done! Don’t know why it’s not working for us, neither does the CA people, but we’re done.</p>
