I was accepted REA. My school sent my midyear grade report to Stanford a couple of weeks ago. I was just wondering, how will I know if the university ever received/processed the report?

Common App, check it. There is a section with a green arrow for the mid year report.

Hmm… I couldn’t quite find that section of the common app. My midyear report was submitted via snail mail. Should I call Stanford to see if they received my midyear report, or should I just expect them to contact me if they haven’t received it?

Login to the Common App. Make sure you click on the school forms tab on the side panel. Scroll down to your counselor’s submissions and check to see if Midyear is highlighted. Sorry for being so vague earlier.

If you were accepted REA and it was sent through snail mail, I would relax. If they don’t receive it, they’ll contact you-- they want you, no worries. And if nothing else, you can always blame your counselor.

etg2013-- the CA only shows it if the school downloaded the online submission-- which only happens if the OP’s GC submitted it online, which isn’t the case.

Thanks for the information!
