Does common app send the mid-year report to all your colleges or do you have to do it manually for each college? Because USC allowed me to submit the midyear manually so I did so. Do I have to do the same for all the other colleges (like ivy leagues, caltech, etc) or was the midyear report I just sent to USC redundant?
Ask your GC how s/he does it. That is who is supposed to send the report.
You have to assure it is done. Common App sends nothing unless you are sending it through common app but that first takes someone to provide it. Eiither your counselor or someone else in your high school so desiganted needs to provide it and you need to ask that person to do it, and you need to get that done immediately because we are already to mid-February and many colleges want it promptly after grades come out for first semester.
@“Erin’s Dad” @drusba My counselor already submitted the mid-year report. It says downloaded 2/2/16. So am I done with the midyear report for all my colleges on the commonapp?
Our high school counselor says it’s done automatically and there is nothing a student needs to do. The high school uses Naviance.
Yes, you are done.
You can probably log in to check your college application status and it will show that the midyear report has been received. All my D applications have now updated that they received the report and every application is complete.
