How do you quell your SAT anxiety?

<p>I just need some suggestions.
I'm flipping out!
Its just a test... its just a test...</p>

<p>Maybe watching the Wizard of Oz could help.</p>

<p>Or any other movie for that matter.</p>

<p>relaxing the night before the test</p>

<p>get a good nights sleep and have a good breakfast on the day of the test.</p>

<p>this might sound dumb but: i always drink a coke before a test. It helps me calm down and relieves my stress.

<p>gonna go to a movie w/ friends tomorrow. AFTER the test. well i hope i wake up early enuf tomorrow, dun wanna be late. i dont think i'll sleep tonite...ahhh i'm so nervous! oh, coke sounds good. i'm havin a blueberry donut for breakfast....are there like, anti-anxiety pills out there? i think i'll need some....but they're not legal are they. well, i'm not myself rite now. a lil too freeked out for that. maybe i shud get off this forum and brush up on some vocab.......</p>

<p>and practicing. seriously, I know if I went to school today and I would anxious about the test. So I just skippd and decieded to post here/do practice problems</p>

<p>Wake up early. Eat an apple or orange, have a cookie, and drink some juice. Go for a short walk and bring an ipod or some music device. Listen to some upbeat music, something to get your mind upbeat before the test. </p>
