What do you do during the day/night before the SAT?
Keep reviewing or just take a lot of rest?
BTW what's the good ways to calm down and not to be soooo nervous?

Eh, the main thing is not to stress over it. The night before the SAT, you've done almost all you can do. The only thing you can do is remain calm, do a fun/enjoyable activity that won't rile you up and get a good nights sleep (at least 8, but preferably 10-12 if possible).

Try to have a normal, not too stressful Friday (hey, you'll have school, unless you have a religious exception & take it on a Sunday) In my experience, if you review on the night before the test, you get way too anxious. My personal suggestion is to set out ALL of your test supplies (wallet w/ photo ID, sharpened pencils, I bring a separate eraser, calculator + change of batteries, a snack), eat a favorite meal (possibly a desert too), do a fun but easy activity (TV springs to mind), and get to bed early with nothing on your mind.

When you wake up on the "big day", eat a big breakfast (I get a little nauseous before the test due to this, but it's 45 minutes of getting ready + driving before I get to the test center so I'm not by the time I get there, and I'm very awake and alert, not distracted by hunger pangs). I try not to think about the test itself until I get into the test center.

For tips once you start the test (and get fatigued towards the end) see "How to stay attentive for 3 hrs 45 mins..".

THANKS =]
Your advice really helps!
It seems that you are an experienced test-taker haha!

dont study the day before - it muddles the brain.

oh yeah, everyone says eat a big breakfast -- PLEASE REALIZE that you should not do this if you dont normally eat breakfast because essentially your body will be like "*** is this" and youll be gassy and feel sick during the test. if you dont normally eat breakfast just munch on a breakfast bar and bring a snack to the test.

Do something fun and relaxing the evening before the test. Get a good night's sleep. Wake up with confidence and alertness and desire to do your best.

I've heard that watching a comedic film/laughing a lot can help relax you and get your "brain juices" flowing, but no shock there, I suppose.

Good luck!

I actually farted 3 times during the past June Test, because eating breakfast wasn't one of my habits.

P.S= People get ****ed off if they hear the "pzthazpz" sound...

Agreed 100%! I tried that with the PSAT but I can't stomach anything before 10am when I have to wake up early. It makes me feel completely sick. I'm even hesitant eating dry cereal.

Oh, funny semi-related story. The first time I took the SAT I, in March, I prepared all I could, got 8 hours of sleep, did the deep-breath thing, even though it never works for me. I got a 1990. The second test was in June and it was my second day as a camp counselor. The line at the school was sooo long. Halfway through the line, I realised I'd forgotten my calculator and almost had a stroke. I went up to the guy at the front and begged to run home and get it. He was extremely kind and got me one, since he was a math teacher there. God bless him. Still, l was stressed and all I could think was how I didn't want to go back to my job because it sucked. Therefore I couldn't concentrate on the essay or section 2 of the test. CR is usually my strong point but I was reading gibberish and randomly answered. After completing section 2, I just burst into tears. The proctor asked me if I thought the "test was too hard" and that made me cry harder. I was so close to walking out but then I had a surge of digust at myself and sat the rest of the test. I got a 2100 on that sitting, 2120 superscored. Maybe not phenomonal, but that was my goal!
