How do you update the admissions office about your senior year?

<p>Recently I learned that I was the AP Siemens Scholar of my state. How do I notify the admissions office, which specifically states that it doesn't want any "unsolicited" info. Still, I'm sending just one piece of news, not a whole essay.</p>

<p>The admissions office via email said that it's OK to attach my notification to my midyear report (which I should send in early).</p>
