<p>yeah, it never works. it didn’t work at all last year, and apparently never before that either. I have the idea in my head that it may eventually be made to work, but not yet.</p>
<p>instead, your ability to click quickly is allowed to determine if you get in that almost-full course. interesting rationing method…</p>
