I am international and columbia is my ED. If I apply to the need-based Coumbia grant, will this make my less likely to be addmited?
You’ve asked this on the ‘how do I get rejected from ED’ thread too. Do you need FA? It won’t matter at all if they look at your FA application and decide you don’t need much or any FA. Also, your parent will need to fill out the CSS (or international equivalent) Are they willing to do that?
The need blind policy applies to US citizens and permanent residents only. That is made very clear on the website.
