How does Cornell look at the ACT

Do they look at just the English and Math? Because I was looking at the college data and that is all it had listed.

They may only list their English and Math data, but I'd bet they look at the composites and the rest of the subjects, too.

Dean of CAS: "...especially the science section"
Yea, they care about everything

hey- where exactly did you guys get the data for the ACT? i.e. what the dean of CAS said...

I talked to him in person. Assistant Dean Ray Kim.
He got some of his facts wrong though, so I don't know.

When I asked him if some Cornell colleges had a higher average high school GPA than others he said no, which is obviously not true. I think he mistakenly thought that I was going to try to apply to a college with a lower avg GPA and simply transfer, so he seemed to get offended.

haha people are funny like that. well thanks for your speedy feedback
