How does credits from an out of state community college transfer?

Does anyone know if Cal accepts credits from out of state community colleges? I'm trying to use it to satisfy my R & C requirement. My AP English Language score helps me satisfy the first semester. I'm trying to see if I can use my community college credits to satisfy the second semester since I'm taking dual credit English instead of AP English Literature this year. I received an A last semester (English 1301) and I'm planning on getting an A this semester too (English 1302). From what I've heard, this community college is pretty well-known so I'm hoping Cal will count it as an "accredited college". Does anyone know if Cal only accepts credits from California community colleges?

Sorry my post seems so wordy, I'm trying to give as much detail as possible.

Can I ask what state you are from? 'cause I totally have the same question and my rhetoric and composition classes are also 1301 and 1302 (which is really strange!)

yeah I’m in the same situation. except, I took college classes at the local four year university (southern utah university) so I’m hoping some credits will transfer. . .

SoManyChoices, I’ll PM you so check your messages :)
