How does taking the November SAT and appling early action work?

I'm applying early action to the University of Chicago. I have other SAT scores, but I want to take it again in November. The deadline for U of C is November 1st, but the website says, "for the Early Action deadline, we will accept November SAT." The November SAT scores come out on November 22nd, and I could rush the scores and get them to U of C in 2 days. This would get the scores to them at earliest on November 24nd. Is this soon enough? Is there a faster way to send scores? When do they make their final decision? Will they consider scores they receive on the 24th?

I believe you choose which colleges to send your scores to when you register for the test itself (either online or on the answer sheet itself, I can’t remember). Do it then and you won’t have to “rush them out”, since they’ll already be sent there.
