<p>How many semesters do you have to spend at your original college before you can transfer. I ask because I will probably go to Virginia Tech and from there I might want to transfer, but the deadlines are in the middle of the year and that kind of confuses me.</p>
<p>To apply for Fall '05, applications were due March 1, 2005. I'd assume it would be similar in the future.</p>
