How early prior to graduation should I start looking for a job?

I plan on graduating in August with my BS in Psychology. I am not planning on going to graduate school right away. Instead, I am looking into Human Resources and more organizational related jobs. How far in advance should I start looking? I feel like now might be a bit too early, I was thinking around may.

Start looking now. You want to be ahead of the pack. You never know how hard it may be to find a job if you start too late. If an employer takes interest in you, maybe they will wait until you graduate and then you are guaranteed a job right after graduation :)

Would DEFINITELY be looking already, if not sooner. It helps to see if you can do an internship or two in what you might like, so that there is a possibility you could be hired by where you intern. Psych jobs ike most fields) can be challenging to get. HR sometimes hires psych majors, as well as folks who do testing. Your school placement office is a good place to start.
