How effective was your Barron's book

I went through some of the Barrons books and I just have to say it doesn’t seem so useful. I don’t understand how people self-study with just this book. How helpful were the Barrons book?</p>

For World, it’s a good replacement for a textbook. I was able to finish reading it in 1.5 days.</p>

So you took world after 1.5 days of the barron’s book or was it more like a last minute review?</p>

No, no, no. I started the book on Friday Afternoon and finished by Saturdy Evening last weekend. I’m taking world in May</p>
