Barron's AP and SAT World History

I am using Barron's to prepare for the December SAT World History test. From there, is it worth it to then spend the next few months using Barron's AP World History to self-study for the AP? Or is the content in the books similar enough that I can clinch a 5 simply by knowing all that is in the SAT book?

Thanks in advance. I made an effort to try and find any old threads about this, but I didn't come across anything that fully answered my question, so please don't kill me if this is a repeat.

I recommend using the Barron’s AP World History book to go ahead and study for both. I never purchased the SAT WH Subject Test Review. I felt the AP Review book was plenty extensive for both the AP and Subject test. I got a 5 and 800.
