Hi! I'm thinking about if I should apply to the scholarships(it's late i know) and wondering if their financial aid packets are generous?
My family's annual incomes about 80,000 and i'm the only child. would the financial aid amount be up to full-tuition amount?

thank!

depends… i would recommend applying for scholarships in general though.

Financial aid is really good at WashU, but if your Expect Family Contribution (EFC) is higher (and I don’t know what yours would be, obviously) they’re not going to automatically give you 2 or 3 times what the FAFSA tells them you need, in all likelihood… So, basically, I would try to use one of the online EFC calculators to get an estimate of what you can expect. WashU will probably do a little better than that i suspect, but if the numbers are worse than you’d like, definitely apply for scholarships to be safe. Best of luck!
