<p>I was comparing schools on College Board (there is a page for it, but the links i post never work :) ) and I saw that (for example) a few of the SAT scores and Tuition prices seemed off. And they were. I compared them to those school's websites.</p>
<p>College Board seems to make it easy to have average scores and tuition prices available, but can I/we trust them?</p>

<p>I use College Board as a rough tool, to narrow down choices. When I’m putting together lists for my kids, I always confirm the data on the school’s website. Sometimes it’s outdated on College Board. but it is a helpful starting place.</p>

<p>How accurate are the ACT ranges on collegeboard’s website? How do they get the ACT info if they don’t do that test?</p>
<p>The data should come directly from the school’s CDS or from IPEDS. It is probably about a year old.</p>
