I looked at a list of the top 40 best business schools yesterday and they weren't on there, so I'm wondering are they close? or is business not as strong of a major there. Anybody know?

It does depend on what business major you wanted to study. I am an accounting major and FSU is AACSB accredited for accounting which is what employers look for. FSU is also has a top 5 career center which is very important in getting a job after school. Many top companies recruit there such as all of the big 4 accounting firms, Meryll Lynch, etc. The website does have great info on the business program.

fsu is number 50. but ranking dont always mean everything. to get a job it will depend on how much effort you put into your schooling… fsu is known for a good business school though.

FSU has a great business school.

FSU’s business school is quite respectable. I think the main issue is the fact that Tallahassee is probably not an ideal place for business internships and other opportunities, which are a pretty important part of finding a job in the business field. A couple of my business major friends go to school here and take part of internships in Miami or Orlando over the summer.
