I know UCLA is a top University but I want to know how good the pre med program is. I have been looking at UCLA, UNC-CH, UofF-Gainesville and U of Michigan-AA, and Pitt and want to know which one has the best Pre Med program.
please reply
thank you

I’m gonna say I’m 90% right about my next statement but here goes:

UCLA has no actual “pre-med” program.

So by virtue of that statement, UCLA has the worst pre-med program because it does not exist.

i know Pre Med is not the actual major but i mean the list of classes that med school requires

i would put it at the bottom of my list if I were you.

so would you put UNC or Pitt at the top of that list?

i’d put harvard at the top of my list.

im talking non-ivies

UCLA might not have a pre-med program, but they do have pre-med advising and such. I’m sure they have programs for pre-meds looking for EC building activities.

Doing pre-med at UCLA will be just find. UNC and Pitt are also great. In fact, so are U of M and UF.

UCLA probably has the most premeds, and there is basically NO pre-med advising. The cutthroat competitiveness keeps me on my toes, but it eats away at your soul. As far as a public goes, Cal and SD are better choices imo.
