More specifically, how much reading does it require? If possible, how much reading compared to APUSH or APWH?

Fair amount of reading as it is a AP course.
Never done the other ones so I’m not sure how it stands in comparison.
The exam itself was fairly easy and the subject was interesting to me, so I had no problem reading and studying.

It requires less than AP World (but you should still read), and is fairy easy and enjoyable.

SO easy and fun

Depends. In my class, the work is pretty easy but the tests are extremely hard. I thought I would get an A undoubtedly, but I have a B in the class. Less reading than APUSH, I believe. I haven’t actually read the book much this semester…just used Quizlet to learn the vocab (Senioritis is real!!).

At my school AP Psychology is a really difficult course. There is about an hour and a half to two hours of homework a night. We have to read about 10 pages a night and complete a study guide on the reading, which takes up at least an hour, usually closer to two. Each day after there is a reading quiz. The tests are pretty hard, especially the essay because it’s graded on AP rubrics. If you miss just one detail, you do not get any credit for that point on the rubric at all. I thought it would be a lot easier than it is, but the topics are really interesting and I love it. It has a lot of biology incorporated in it.

If youre asking about the course, that varies. The test, however, was very easy, and you could probably self-study for it easily, though there are many concepts that having a teacher explain to you thoroughly wld be helpful. When I took the class, all i had to do was read the chapter through 1-2 times and got A’s on the test, but that was just me. Other people made flashcards and everything and barely managed to scrape up Bs. But that is just my school. Mostly, just make sure you understand all the concepts and just read read read! AP Psych is sooo fun and interesting it wont even feel like a chore.

Depends on the school. The test is easy; it’s basically one big vocabulary test.
