How hard is Calculus?

<p>I am currently a senior and I am taking UW Pre-Calc(Math 120). I am doing excellent in the class, and really enjoy it. I hope to take Calculus, but how much harder is it? I have asked many people, and it seems like they say its very very difficult or others say it's easier than Pre-Calc. I missed a large chunk of Algebra 2 due to being very sick but am currently doing well in UW Pre-Calc. </p>

<p>Calculus is easier than pre-cal, the concepts are really straight forward, the hard part is knowing your algebra and trig super well and just apply the concepts.</p>

<p>calculus, if one grasps the basics, can even be fun. Its just that there are so many types and the difficult part is deciphering the type of sum…once you’ve done that…piece o’ cake!</p>
