How hard is it to get into Honors College?

I’m in state, GPA of 3.7, weighted 4.23, waiting on SAT scores (get them tomorrow, I think they’ll be ok :P), 1300+hours community service.

I have recommendations from a professor of 10 years at U of Chicago and the founder of ASU communications school (which developed into the Business, Journalism, and Law schools).

Doing an internship in Chicago for a decently large corporation.

Lots of work experience.

Been published 3x, Editor in chief of a school produced book.

Bleh, I know everyone hates these stupid “What are my chances” threads, but I thought I’d check it out :)

Depends alot on what your SAT score is, because if i recall correctly...you're automatically in if you get a certain u.w GPA and a certain SAT score. I'm sure you'll be fine though...

as long as you have around a 1340, you'll be fine. it's important to express interest in the school...i got into ASU this august, and then applied ASAP to barrett, and heard back a week later. your GPA and extracurriculars alone will get you in.

its easy to get in. I got the Barrett acceptance letter before the ASU proper one. As long as you are a National Merit Semifinalist / Finalist you are garaunteed unless you sabotage your own app.

My D had a 1320 SAT and got in with a scholarship. How are students there liking it?

Is ASU generous to international students?
