How hard is the AP Human Geography test?

Anyone here ever self study for it or taken a class? Is it hard? I'm considering just studying it out of AP review book and maybe taking the test. It doesn't sound very hard...

So my question is, would I be able to take the test and get a 4 or 5 just from studying out of an AP review book?

ya you should try to take it without taking classes.........
maybe get a zero.

I took the class, but I thought it was really easy. 5 no problem. If you study the review book well and see if you can get a released exam to take you should be fine.

its mostly vocab, everything else seems to be common sense.

I'm self studying too.

I'm using a textbook and Barron's review book. I really haven't done anything yet though...I need to get on it really soon. Hopefully, I can pull out a five.

Learn the models (Von Thunen, etc) and population diagrams. Other than that, study the vocab well. That should pretty much do you. It's apparently similiar to the Environmental Science exam which I am self-studying for this year. The ES exam is lots and lots of common sense and lots of vocab. Very little else seemed needed.
