How hard is the computer science major?

I read threads, and i've noticed it's extremely difficult. I'm a bit scared.

I'm not much of a programmer, I just found it really intriguing. And furthermore, I heard this major has high employment rates.

So, i'm thinking of majoring in this, and some medical major, most likely biological science (but i'll probably change my mind).

For those people in college going through this major, is it going to be extremely difficult to juggle a computer science major, and a biological science major? Is it even practical?

I have a CS degree, and thought it probably took more work than other degrees. It would be difficult to major in both CS and biology.
