how hard will ee40 and math54 be during summer

any advises?

Hard to say, really. Most summer classes are taught by professors from local community colleges and/or graduate students. And they tend to rotate every year.

how will the workload be?

Will there be enough time to manage the workload as well as maintaining a summer job?

probably not…

This will be very busy, just because EE40 is a course packed with info, covered at far too quick a pace. Kind of the opposite of EE20, which moved at a highly leisurely pace.

Combined with the fact that Math 54 may even be a little tough for someone who’s never seen something like linear algebra to get used to, I’d be a bit worried.

If you’re not like, a sophomore or older, I’d say forget about one of those two classes over summer. Decide, probably, based on which gets you to interesting material soon. It could be either - if you want more math classes, 54 is a good bet; EE40 - depends on what kind of EE you like, if any. If you ARE older, then of course go for the schedule, just know that it’ll be really really busy.

Good luck.

mathboy 98 thx for the info
