<p>Good question. One whose answer I'd like to know as well. Does anyone know how Berkeley places into Harvard Law?</p>
<p>Berkeley is excellent, and Berkeley students place extremely well into law schools.</p>
<p>As far as comparing to UCLA, I doubt if there is a huge difference. You'd have to look at it department by department, see where your interests line up, etc. </p>
<p>If you are trying to make a choice between UCLA and Berkeley, go where YOu want to go. As far as getting into law school, or the status of a particular department (especially since you clearly don't already have defined interests) aren't going to be a good deciding factors. They are too close to call in most cases.</p>
